Paint Correction
Paint correction will remove light imperfections such as swirl marks, micro marring, and light etching. Deeper scratches and abrasions will not be completely removed but will be noticeably improved. The polishing process will restore depth and gloss in a vehicle that has lost its luster and make it shine again. This will not fix areas where clear coat is peeling or there is not enough clear left to buff.
Ceramic Coating
Disclaimer: Ceramic coating will not prevent rock chips, a key from scratching the paint, or be able to withstand a fire. While it does harden and adds a layer protection it is not bullet proof.
What Is Ceramic Coating?
Ceramic coating is long term paint protection. Similar to a wax, this thin dense layer of protection forms a bond to your vehicle's paint on a molecular level. Normally we prefer the paint to be in its best condition before applying the coating and you lock all those defects in for 1 to 3 years. Compared to traditional waxes the ceramic coating will lasts a minimum of a year vs a month or two for a generic wax.
What To Expect?
• Protection from UV rays (ie; fading the paint)
• Water spots can still form but will be noticeably reduced. This means the coating will take the majority of the beating instead of your vehicle's clear coat. This also goes for bird remains etching into the paint as well.
• Scratch resistant (not scratch proof) & chemical resistant. This will help prevent swirl marks from poor washing techniques. Tough degreasers and other harsh chemicals will not remove the coating. We don't suggest using harsh chemicals but if they happen to get on your coating it will hold up..
• Super hydrophobic properties - water will bead up and roll off. Fallout & road film will not adhere to your paint as easily. This will help make your maintenance details easier.
• High gloss and depth to the vehicle's paint. This will have an overall glassy appearance. Long term protection coatings far exceeds the life of a traditional waxes.
(Ask about or Ceramic Coating Toppers that add another layer that is highly anti-static and allows for the maximum amount of sheeting.)
